Burbank Motor Works & Mahmoud are incredible! They provided 5 Star service from start to finish! I brought my Range Rover in For emergency repairs and not only did they diagnose the problem they repaired the car rapidly and with such great care. I highly recommend this business and am so grateful.

Personally I found this place a few years ago. I never stopped because there is a plethora of BMW ( my favorite brand ) mechanics in this area and I already have my plus 8 years BMW technician already but last Saturday I was in a bind and my Toyota broke a bolt that I couldn't extract. They were willing to help me out even when they were about to close. If you know anyone about mechanic is that if you call a shop on the weekends and they dont recognize you. Chances are you are they are not going to help you until Monday 95% of the time. I am greatful these guys CALLED ME BACK and I was able to get the issue fixed with them and not have to cancel my plans. I will be coming back with my other cars to this place and hopefully build a new relationship with these guys that closer than my other mechanic.

I got my engine mounts replaced and my power windows fixed. They were also able to diagnose another issue I had. They care about finding and fixing the issues I have with my car, and they are honest and transparent.

These guys were amazing! I've had my car fixed here twice in two months. They replaced a broken engine mount for me in just a couple of hours! My 2010 Impala steering was stiff, they knew exactly what it was. I needed a steering pump. Again, the part came quickly and whiz! bang! ..in it went ...but oh no!!! Still stiff steering!? I had went with refurbished part to safe some $. ...they quickly exchanged the part and got another put back in quickly. NO EXTRA CHARGE! Nice guys. They'll give it to you straight. I'd send my grandmother over there.
